Three guarantees. Contract language.

1. You own everything.

Your website (WordPress, on hosting registered to you), your Google Business Profile, your ad accounts, your customer data, your content. All of it registered in your name from day one. If we ever part ways, you keep every asset and every login — stated explicitly in the agreement. The industry's worst habit is holding websites hostage on proprietary platforms; we built our contract specifically against it.

2. No lock-in.

Retainers run a 90-day initial term — the minimum honest window to show results — and then month-to-month, cancel with 30 days' notice. No 12-month commitments, no exit fees, no "talk to retention." We keep clients by keeping schedules packed.

3. One client per trade, per city.

While you're a client, we will not take on a competing business in your trade in your market. Your competitor can't hire us at any price. Agencies that serve five roofers in one city make their clients bid against each other with their own marketing budgets — we think that's absurd, and we put the exclusivity in writing.
